At the Williams Headache & Neurology Center, you are not just another patient, you are a whole person with significance to Dr. Williams. For this reason, you will receive access to a 24/7 phone number for any questions/concerns you may have after hours. Dr. Williams will personally take your call and address issues that pertain directly to the symptoms for which she is treating you.

Billing
Dr. Williams is out of network however, that does not mean she cannot be your doctor. You may have out of network benefits that will cover a portion of your visit. We encourage you to check with your insurance company to verify if this is the case. Only Dr. Williams’ physician visit is out of network. Imaging and diagnostic studies (MRI, CT, EEG and bloodwork) are considered in-network.

NEW PATIENTS
Anyone who has never been seen at the Williams Headache & Neurology Center. Please note that even if you have seen Dr. Williams in the past, you will still be classified as a new patient. This ensures that you receive the time and attention required for Dr. Williams to refamiliarize herself with your medical history and partner with you on the best course of action moving forward!
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS
Anyone who has been seen at the Williams Headache & Neurology Center at least once within the last two years.
Disability and FMLA
At this time the Williams Headache & Neurology Center is not completing Disability or FMLA forms. We will however, give you a copy of your medical records to aide your PCP in completing the documentation.
REFER A PATIENT
Dr. Williams looks forward to working with you to find the right treatment for your patient! If you would like to refer a patient to the Williams Headache & Neurology Center, please refer them to www.williamsheadachecenter.com
They will need to click on “Schedule Appointment” and follow the prompts. Patients will need to complete the intake form to make an appointment.

To request an appointment, please call (615) 588-0605. From there, you will be directed to select the date and time that best suits you.
Please be advised that Dr. Williams sees all New Patients in-person on Wednesdays. Patients are seen virtual visits which are available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
The remainder of the fee will be charged at the conclusion of your visit.
Once you have scheduled your appointment, Dr. Williams will email the forms you will need to complete and return prior to your visit.
